Refund and Cancellation Policy — Usherfly
1. Overview
This policy covers the cancellation and refund terms for Usherfly subscriptions. All payments are processed through Paddle Billing, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
2. Free Plan
No charges apply to the free plan; no refund or cancellation terms apply. Your first onboarding flow is always free (D-088).
3. Cancellation
Your paid subscription renews automatically, monthly or annually, depending on the period you choose; you will receive notice before each renewal. Cancellation will be self-serve: once paid plans launch, you can cancel at any time from Account Settings.
- How: Self-serve cancellation will be available from Account Settings once paid plans launch.
- When it takes effect: Cancellation is immediate; you retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
- Partial period: The current period fee is non-refundable; service ends at period close.
4. Refund Terms
First 14 days: Within the first 14 days of upgrading to a paid plan, you may request a full refund for any reason.
After 14 days: Refund requests are not accepted, except as noted below.
Exceptional cases: Documented service outage attributable to Usherfly (24 hours or more), incorrect charge from a system error, or verified duplicate charge. Contact support@usherfly.io to submit an exception request.
5. Plan Downgrade
The new plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No mid-period credits are issued.
6. Data After Cancellation
How your data is handled after cancellation is described in Privacy Policy §4.
7. Consumer Rights
Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law are not affected by this policy.
